Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals
Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives
Build solid relationships with clients and distributors
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign success

Salary Range
₹20,000 to ₹40,000/month + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)
