We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow partner relationships, drive business growth, and ensure excellent account performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build strong relationships with assigned partner accounts.
Onboard new partners and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Drive business growth through promotions and strategic initiatives.
Monitor account performance using dashboards and business metrics.
Resolve partner queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare account growth plans and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support.

Requirements:
Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and manage multiple accounts.
