Development & Sales Drive direct marketing and sales to end-user industries. Identify, target, and acquire current potential clients in the assigned territory. Conduct field training on product applications for dealers and end-users. Perform market research and track competitor activities to submit reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
Account & Channel Management Maintain solid, regular relationships with dealers. Track, regulate, and monitor customer orders across the assigned area. Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly with ASM assistance.
Planning & Reporting Prepare monthly sales plans and end-user sales target reports for the area. Compile and process advance requests from buyers. Coordinate with the Head Office (H.O.) to ensure required resources for the region. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and field reports routinely.
