Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and onboard current retail outlets to increase the "Numeric Distribution" of HOB products within the assigned territory.
Beat Management: Follow a disciplined Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) to visit retailers daily, ensuring 100% productivity and order fulfillment.
Stock & Inventory: Monitor stock levels at the distributor point and retail shelves to prevent "Stock Out" situations.
Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure HOB is placed at eye-level. Execute "First-In-First-Out" (FIFO) to maintain freshness and deploy Point-of-Sale (POS) materials like posters or danglers.
Competitor Intelligence: Keep a sharp eye on pricing, schemes, and recent launches from competitors in the healthy snacks segment.
Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with shopkeepers and distributors to ensure HOB is the "preferred brand" recommended to walk-in customers.
