Role & responsibilities :
Visit minimum 30 General Trade retail outlets per day as per the assigned beat plan.
Open current retail outlets regularly, ensure proper product placement, visibility, and continuous availability.
Achieve monthly sales targets by driving product sales at retail counters.
Ensure FIFO compliance at both distributor warehouses and retail outlets.
Prepare and submit monthly distributor claims accurately and on time.
Maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and field partners to support business growth.
Preferred candidate profile:
Must own a twowheeler with a valid Driving License.
Must have prior experience in an FMCG company, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Bread Sales or Dairy Product Sales.
Bright freshers with a positive attitude and solid willingness to learn will also be considered.
