Key Responsibilities
Lead Sales & Operations to drive business growth.
Increase revenue and expand market presence.
Develop and manage retail/channel distribution networks.
Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
Monitor business performance, targets, and P&L.;
Requirements
15–20 years of experience in Sales & Operations leadership.
Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion.
Solid knowledge of retail and distribution channels.
Experience in team leadership and performance management.
Solid understanding of business strategy, targets, and P&L.;
Experience in Watches, Lifestyle, Retail, Jewellery, FMCG, or Consumer Durables is preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
