Role Overview

As a Graduate Trainee – Devotee Care Executive , you will be the first point of contact for our devotees. Your role is to assist devotees in booking pujas, answering their queries, guiding them through spiritual services, and ensuring they have a seamless and delightful experience with PoojaKaro.

This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and want to build a career in Customer Success, Operations, or Community Management .

Key Responsibilities

- Assist devotees through WhatsApp, phone calls, live chat, and email .
- Help devotees choose and book suitable Temple Pujas, Home Pujas, Chadhava Sevas, and Astrology services .
- Resolve booking, payment, and service-related queries promptly.




- Coordinate with temple partners, priests, and the operations team for smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with devotees regarding bookings, ritual updates, and feedback.
- Handle complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Educate devotees about PoojaKaro's services and ongoing campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback to improve the overall experience.
