- Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production schedule.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

- Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.

- Monitor production line performance, productivity, cycle time, and downtime.

- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved work instructions and quality standards.

- Identify and resolve production-related problems and bottlenecks.

- Coordinate with the Quality Department to control defects, rework, and rejection.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools, and materials.

- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores/Material Planning.

- Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, and downtime reports.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing,



and continuous improvement activities.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Conduct toolbox talks and communicate safety and production requirements to operators.

- Train, guide, and evaluate production operators.

- Monitor operator attendance, discipline, and shift allocation.

- Investigate root causes of production issues using methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and PDCA.

- Ensure proper handling and traceability of components and finished products.

- Support internal, customer, and system audits.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and work instructions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
