DMR Digital Marketing Rajasthan is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for our clients.

? What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads

Strong understanding of Lead Generation & E-commerce campaigns

Experience with campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting & retargeting

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking

Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA & conversions

Experience in creating effective ad strategies and scaling campaigns

E-commerce experience is a must

Solid analytical and reporting skills

? Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch and manage Google & Meta advertising campaigns

Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns





Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research

Manage budgets and improve campaign ROI

Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking

Prepare regular performance reports and insights

Develop strategies to scale successful campaigns
