What You'll Do

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Write compelling ad copies that drive clicks and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids & budgets, and improve ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics and prepare insightful performance reports.




- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and account managers to execute successful campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

- 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts or agency campaigns is preferred.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
