THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI-native marketing team helping B2B companies build better go-to-market systems. You’ll rotate across outbound & ABM, thought leadership, website & SEO, content, and marketing ops—owning execution before going deep in one area.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Research markets, competitors, buyers, and high-performing B2B channels.
- Build and run target-account lists, outbound sequences, LinkedIn content, blogs, landing pages, tracking & dashboards.
- Build AI workflows that turn repetitive work into faster, repeatable systems.
- Report progress and results clearly: what shipped, what it produced, and what changes next.
- Collaborate with design, WebOps, workstream owners, and other GTM engineers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- You’ve built something and put it in front of real people—product, community, project, automation, or business.
- You use AI as a power tool and understand where its output needs human judgment.
- You’re analytical, curious about distribution, and genuinely want a career in marketing.
- Strong written English; you can define an approach, present it,



and defend your thinking.
- Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated. Any degree.

COMPENSATION: 6–8 LPA
