Job Title – SAP FICO Consultant for High Tech, Industry Consulting, Global Network Management Level: Management Consultant Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon and Mumbai Must have skills: Strong expertise in SAP FICO on SAP transformation engagements Good to have skills: SAP Certification is an added advantage Job Summary: We are looking for an SAP Finance Functional Consultant with 5 to 9 years of S4 HANA experience including 2 years or more implementation experience, High-tech industry experience will have additional weightage. The candidate should possess analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to assist our clients in achieving growth and transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities: As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering

Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP FICO landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle

Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues on time

Effective presentation and communication skills

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives

Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings

Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan,



and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations

Oversee ERP integrations, and assist in developing proof of concepts as required

Robust analytical skills for clarity and data insights Professional & Technical Skills: Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO. Strong understanding of SAP FICO concepts and principles.

Serve as an SAP FICO functional consultant and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests

Advise clients on the SAP FICO processes based on leading industry practices

Collaborate with client teams, including order management team, procurement and operations team, to ensure seamless execution.

Strong knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities and submodules like General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and controlling submodules like Profit center accounting, cost center accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product costing.

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.

Support data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure seamless solution deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT to ensure holistic solution delivery.

Provide training and support for business users.

Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics.
