We're seeking a Upstream Planning Transformation Lead, the transformation of our end-to-end supply chain planning for Project and Equipment. Design and execute transformation initiatives that streamline supply chain planning and improve responsiveness

Identify process bottlenecks through data analysis and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and lead change management efforts
