- Manage engineering functions of upcoming Luxury Residences, including facility management, building maintenance, civil maintenance, property management, and residences management.
- Oversee the overall performance of engineering teams to ensure efficient operations and maintenance of facilities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in Engineering Management or related field.
- B.Tech / B.E. Degree in Any Specialization from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale luxury hotels, luxury residences and projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems etc.
