- Manage compensation programs across international and/or North American employee populations.

- Drive annual compensation reviews, incentive cycles, surveys, and benchmarking activities.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate compensation delivery.
- Utilize market data and compensation tools to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and process excellence across compensation operations.
- Lead a team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- 13+ years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience.
- Experience within a global organization, GCC,



or shared services setup.
- Strong knowledge of compensation cycles, benchmarking, and surveys.
- Experience managing compensation teams and vendor partners.
- Understanding of compensation governance, controls, and compliance.
- Exposure to international compensation practices is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting large, complex employee populations.
