Key Responsibilities:
Global Agency Tie-up (Primary Focus)
- Network on LinkedIn to connect with international recruitment agencies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify global sourcing partners.
- Negotiate and establish partnerships for CV sourcing.
Local Agency Tie-up (Shared Responsibility)
- Manage select local agency partnerships for CV sourcing.
- Monitor and optimize CV flow to meet hiring needs.
Requirements
- Strong LinkedIn networking and digital outreach skills
- Experience in research and market analysis
- Ability to adapt to global recruitment trends
