Global Fraud : Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

Strong exposure to origination and lending platform design.

Experience in mapping and optimizing customer journeys.

Valuable understanding of Global Banking systems and banking operating models.

Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following domains: Cards

Loans

Mortgages

Strong requirement for elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.

Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with business, operations, technology, and testing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Global Fraud or Financial Crime initiatives.

Awareness of fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance processes.

Knowledge of digital banking platforms and lending ecosystems.

Experience working in global or multinational banking environments.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar BA tools.
