Role Description The German Language Trainer will deliver high-quality, structured German language instruction to learners at various CEFR levels, with a strong focus on outcomes such as exam readiness and practical language use. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting on-site classroom sessions in Hyderabad, facilitating interactive practice activities, assigning and reviewing homework, and supporting learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing tasks.



The trainer will prepare learners for Goethe, telc, and ÖSD exams, provide feedback on progress, and use Germandrishty’s LMS tools to track performance and tailor learning plans.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team on curriculum improvements and participating in internal training sessions to maintain teaching standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with a proven ability to instruct German to diverse learner groups.

Candidates should have experience in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, goal-oriented lesson plans aligned with CEFR levels.

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of German Literature and cultural aspects, supporting richer classroom discussions and contextual learning.

Fluency in German (preferably at C1 level or above) and strong command of English for instruction and communication.

Relevant academic background such as a degree in German Studies, Languages, Education, or related field; teaching certifications are an advantage.

Experience preparing learners for standardized language exams (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat, telc, ÖSD) is highly desirable.

Ability to manage classroom dynamics, provide constructive feedback, and support learners with varying proficiency levels.

Robust organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to work on-site full time in Hyderabad.
