? About the Role

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI models that enhance our medical billing, coding, and RCM workflows. You will collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to build, fine-tune, and optimize foundation models into reliable enterprise solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

AI Development: Design, build, and optimize Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers) to automate and streamline healthcare workflows.

Prototyping & Fine-Tuning: Experiment with foundation models, fine-tune performance on real-world datasets, and evaluate model outputs for accuracy.

Production Deployment: Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable ML pipelines across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure AI models adhere to domain security, reliability, and data privacy standards.

Continuous Improvement:



Monitor deployed models, integrate feedback, and document technical approaches to foster an experimental tech culture.

? Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

GenAI Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

Production & MLOps: Proven track record in building production-grade AI systems, RESTful microservices, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to Healthcare, RCM, Medical Billing/Coding, or Finance workflows is a strong plus.

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent stakeholder communication.
