Position: General Manager – Sales (EV Specialist) Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 12–15 Years About the Role Mahavir Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Sales (EV Specialist) to lead and drive the sales strategy for our Electric Vehicle (EV) business. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the EV automotive industry, with a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, dealer network management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.
- Drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and dealer network development.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with OEMs, dealers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, forecasting, and budgeting.




- Ensure exceptional customer experience and adherence to organizational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and After-Sales to achieve business objectives.

Candidate

Profile - 12–15 years of experience in Automotive Sales, with significant experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.

- Proven leadership experience in managing large sales teams and multi-location operations.
- Strong understanding of EV market dynamics, dealership operations, and business development.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
