We have below urgent hiring requirement with one of our renowned clients in Mumbai. The HR General Manager will lead and oversee all Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Administration functions at the head office. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment across departments, while providing leadership to DGM, AGM, and HR teams.

Role: GM - Human Resources (Talent Management)

Reporting to: Chairman & Managing Director

Location- Mumbai (Bandra west)

Working days- Mon - Sat

Experience- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in HR, Administration, or Operations management, including senior leadership roles. (Manufacturing corporate experience- Must have)

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Lead HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Administration teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Oversee recruitment across all departments, ensuring quality hires and compliance with policies.
- Manage HR operations including employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and training.
- Supervise administrative functions such as office infrastructure, facility management, vendor coordination, and employee movement.




- Consolidate departmental reports and present to CMD; implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and legal compliance while driving operational excellence.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 20 years of progressive HR/Administration/Operations leadership experience in corporate head office environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and functions simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Background in manufacturing corporate environments (HQ only; plant operations not required).
