We are hiring a General Manager – Banquet Operations to lead the overall management of banquet and event operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing event planning, operations, guest satisfaction, team management, business development, and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of banquet halls and event venues.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate events, social functions, and private celebrations.

- Ensure exceptional guest experience and resolve escalated customer concerns.

- Manage banquet, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and service teams.

- Develop strategies to increase banquet bookings and maximize revenue.

- Prepare budgets, monitor operational costs, and ensure profitability.

- Coordinate with clients, decorators, caterers, vendors, and event planners.

- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.

- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.





- Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.

Experience

- Min 5 years of experience in the hospitality or event management industry.

- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role handling banquet operations, hotels, or event venues.
