Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development & Buyer Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with international buyers, identify new business opportunities, and drive order value and business growth.

- Merchandising & Order Execution: Lead the end-to-end merchandising function from buyer enquiry and product development to costing, order confirmation, production coordination, and timely shipment.

- Market & Product Development: Track global fashion trends, customer requirements and market opportunities to develop commercially viable product ranges.

- Commercial & Margin Management: Drive costing, pricing, order profitability, capacity utilization and margin improvement in coordination with sourcing, production and finance teams.

- Team & Cross-functional Leadership:



Lead merchandising and marketing teams and ensure seamless coordination with design, sourcing, production, quality and logistics to achieve business and delivery objectives.

20+ years of experience in apparel export houses, with robust exposure to international buyers, merchandising, business development, product development and commercial management.

Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
