Role Description As a Gen AI Artist at PY STUDIOO LLP, you will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, collaborating with directors, producers, and creative teams to design and generate AI-driven visual content for a variety of projects. You will use generative AI tools to create concepts, style frames, characters, environments, and motion elements that align with scripts, storyboards, and brand guidelines.

Daily tasks include refining prompts, iterating on AI outputs, compositing and polishing assets, and preparing visuals for integration into video workflows. You will contribute to pre-production planning,



support visual effects and post-production teams with AI-generated elements, and help optimize pipelines for quality, speed, and consistency. The role also involves staying current with emerging AI tools, experimenting with new techniques, and documenting workflows to support continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design foundation, including skills in composition, color, lighting, and cinematic storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., image and video generation models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning).
- Proficiency with industry-standard creative software (such as Adobe Creative Cloud tools, motion graphics or VFX applications) for editing and post-processing AI outputs.
- Ability to translate briefs, scripts, and storyboards into clear visual concepts and iterative design directions.
- Comfort working within rapid-paced production environments, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional creative, technical, and production teams on-site.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing generative AI artwork, digital art, or visual content for film, advertising, or digital media.
- Relevant education in design, animation, film, media, computer graphics, or related fields is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
