Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone, chat and email.

Help customers resolve basic technical issues related to games and gaming products.

Guide customers with account login, installation, setup and configuration issues.

Explain gaming products, services, features and subscription plans.

Provide customers with step-by-step solutions to their problems.





Create and update support tickets for customer issues.

Record customer conversations and solutions in the system.

Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Strong English communication skills

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Basic knowledge of computers, software and internet troubleshooting

Good typing and multitasking skills

Interest in gaming and technology is preferred
