Lead - Industrial Design

Key responsibilities

- Manage a team of designers, engineers and researchers and be responsible for leading thought and execution for team projects.
- Work with new and emerging technologies to create interesting solutions that are both feasible and viable
- Lead a team to work with business, technology and design working towards the development of a remarkable product/service/experience.

Job requirements

- Excellent Design skills both in thought and execution
- Experience of 8+ years, in a reputed firm managing design and engineering deliveries for new product development.
- Positive on-ground experience and understanding of manufacturing methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Driven towards creating excellence with demonstrable leadership.
