We’re looking for a creative and skilled Game Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing engaging gameplay experiences and bringing recent game ideas to life. If you’re passionate about games and love creating fun and exciting experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

● Create clear & complete game design documentation for game content &

features, including briefs, flowcharts, feature layouts, UI/UX mockups, etc.

● Possess knowledge about prototyping, mechanics, pacing (balancing), tuning,

tutorials, level ramp, and aesthetics.

● Use a metrics-driven approach to game design, learning from users, and driving retention, virality, and monetization into the design of the game.

● Work closely with the senior designer and the rest of the team to create a fun and unique game.

● Create mockups of the game screen during the conceptualization phase of the game.

● Participate in playtesting sessions, gathering and analyzing feedback to iterate on and improve game performance, features, and mechanics.

● Continuously research and stay up to date with industry trends, best practices,

and emerging game design techniques and technologies.

● Help create video ads (CPI videos) for the games for marketing purposes.

● Lead and balance game KPI based on data analytics and market trend decisions.

● Brainstorm and pitch ideas to the team.

Requirements:

● Passion for games, with a deep understanding of what makes games fun and engaging.





● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Game Designer.

● Technical knowledge regarding game designing is a must.

● Level design experience using the Unity Engine.

● Knowledge of MS Excel for game balancing.

● Knowledge of Photoshop.

● Understanding of systems, mechanics, and features of design.

● Solid knowledge of game balancing and pacing.

● Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

● Have a proven history of managing complex design projects in a fast-paced environment

● Enjoy challenges and problem-solving

● Be immersed in the gaming world, know the market and current trends

● Positive and self-driven, with the ability to be collaborative in a team environment.
