We are hiring a Sales Specialist to drive subscriptions and client acquisition for our Equity Research and Analyst Advisory services.

You will connect with retail and HNI investors and traders, understand their needs, and position our research offerings — equity recommendations, market analysis and advisory products — as the edge they need.

A client-facing role for a confident communicator who understands markets and loves closing. Build trust, explain value clearly, hit targets.

Key responsibilities
Generate, qualify and convert leads for research & advisory subscriptions
Explain products, market calls and advisory services clearly and compliantly
Build and manage a healthy pipeline; follow up consistently to close
Understand client goals and recommend the right package
Drive renewals, referrals and upsells; meet/exceed monthly targets
Coordinate with the research team; keep accurate CRM records

What we're looking for:




Robust communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills
Understanding of equity markets and research/advisory products
A target-driven mindset and comfort with sales metrics
Confidence handling client calls, objections and follow-ups
Graduate in any discipline; finance/broking/advisory-sales background a solid plus
Awareness of relevant market/advisory compliance norms an advantage

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
