Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with ~3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and support. Robust hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL is required

.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes for business logic implementation.
Design and build Lightning Web Components (LWC) with optimized performance and user experience.
Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development, including customization of standard objects, workflows, flows, and automation.
Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) with solid UI/UX focus.
Integrate frontend components with Apex controllers and manage client-side logic.
Configure Field Service Lightning (FSL) features based on business needs.
Perform data migration and data handling using Data Loader/Workbench.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.

Added Responsibility (SLA & Ticketing)
Handle production support activities, including raising, tracking, and resolving tickets in tools like JIRA/ServiceNow.




Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Handle production support activities, including raising, tracking, and resolving tickets using tools like JIRA/ServiceNow.
Prioritize and manage tickets based on severity and business impact.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on ticket status and SLA adherence.
Support post-deployment issue handling and release support activities.
