TCS hiring SAP HCM Consultant

Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant Experience

Range: 5 - 12 Years

Location: TCS - Chennai

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education

:

Must Have
Should have at least 5 years work experience in SAP HCM projects.
Implementation experience in HCM and HCM certified.
Should have UK PY skills who can work independently as individual contributor with the customer
Minimum 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
Support experience which involves few custom developments
Experience of setting up HR Mini Master Data.
Positive knowledge of HR processes across different modules.
Overall understanding of core HR processes, Organization Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Trainings & Event Management.
Should be aware about Master and Transaction data deletion concepts

Good-to-Have




Valuable understanding of HCM processes in global organization
Understand and evaluate business requirements
Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.
Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA
Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed
Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,

performance, availability, and system uptimes
Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status updates
Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)

and adhere to customers quality policy and procedures.
Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly

Status Meetings
Provide service improvement suggestions
