We are looking for a compassionate, student-focused, and experienced School Counsellor to support the emotional, social, behavioural, and academic well-being of students. The candidate will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership to create a protected, inclusive, and positive learning setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
Support students with emotional, behavioural, academic, and social concerns.
Identify students requiring special attention and recommend appropriate interventions.
Conduct career guidance and subject selection counselling for secondary and senior secondary students.
Work closely with teachers to address classroom behavioural issues.




Conduct awareness programmes on mental health, stress management, bullying prevention, cyber safety, life skills, and adolescent education.
Maintain confidential counselling records and documentation.
Organize parent counselling sessions and workshops.
Coordinate with external psychologists or specialists whenever required.
Support students during examinations by providing stress-management guidance.
Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines related to student well-being and counselling.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
