Key Responsibilities
School Leadership Management - Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency, and student growth
Maintain high operational standards across all aspects of school functioning.
Academic Excellence and Student Outcomes - Ensure the effective execution of curriculum to maximize student learning outcomes
Oversee and support teachers in implementing structured lesson plans and assessments
Drive a culture of continuous teacher development through training, mentoring, and performance monitoring
Regularly review student performance and implement interventions for improvement.
Enrollments and Brand Development - Drive student enrollment growth through strong community engagement, school branding, and parent outreach initiatives
Ensure high student retention by fostering a positive school experience for students and parents.
Finance and Compliance - Ensure timely collection of school fees
Maintain compliance with CBSE and state education department regulations
Keep all regulatory documents updated and recorded.
Infrastructure and Student Safety - Ensure a protected, hygienic,



and conducive learning workplace for students and staff
Implement and oversee student safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
Stakeholder Management and Representation - Represent the school in interactions with parents, local government authorities, and regulatory bodies
Build solid relationships with local community stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation.

Required Qualifications &
Skills
Education: Postgraduate with B.Ed.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a Principal or Vice Principal role (CBSE school experience preferred).
Language Proficiency: Marathi-speaking candidates will be given preference.
Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
