We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager-Acquisition to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring recent current accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new current accounts through various acquisition strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities




Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in sales and acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
