Role: Sr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including sales, purchases, expenses, vendor payments, customer receipts, and bookkeeping.
Handle import accounting, customs duties, freight, landed cost allocation, and inventory accounting.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including GST returns, TDS filings, reconciliations, and statutory payments.
Perform marketplace reconciliations for Amazon, Nykaa, TIRA, Myntra, and other online platforms, including sales, returns, settlements, commissions, and deductions.
Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, credit cards, and wallets, and resolve discrepancies.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor/customer coordination, payment follow-ups, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports, P&L; summaries, expense analysis,



and financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors, maintain audit-ready records, and improve accounting processes.

Requirements:
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or Marketplace companies.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books (or similar accounting software), MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Solid analytical, reconciliation, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
