Reports To: Finance Manager / Controller / CFO

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting, general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate journal entries.
Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit queries.
Assist in forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
Identify process improvements and implement accounting best practices.
Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.




Support ERP/accounting system implementation and enhancements when required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Qualified qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹14,368.64 - ₹45,578.37 per month
