Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Andheri. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience, be proficient in Tally ERP, and possess robust knowledge of statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Record and verify purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally ERP.
Prepare and reconcile bank, vendor, customer, and ledger accounts.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and assist in statutory compliance and return filings.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.




Monitor compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
3–4 years of relevant accounting experience (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (Mandatory).
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in finalization of accounts.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
