Job Title: - Architecture

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architect to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all architectural projects within the organization
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
Provide leadership and guidance to the architectural team
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, preferably within the real estate industry
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of architects and designers.




Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance on all projects.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive creative architectural solutions.
