About the Role

Architect Rushikesh H is looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of large-scale architectural projects including townships, residential developments, commercial office buildings, mixed-use projects, malls,

multiplexes, and hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution.
Develop Master Plans, Layouts, Concept Designs, Working Drawings, Tender Drawings, and Design Presentations.
Manage and mentor teams of Architects, Junior Architects, and Draftsmen.
Coordinate with RCC, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants.
Ensure compliance with DCR, NBC, local regulations, FSI, sale area, and BUA calculations.
Attend client meetings, presentations, and project review sessions.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.




Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
Drive design excellence, value engineering, and creative solutions.

Required Skills

Robust design and planning capabilities, excellent understanding of building construction, RCC, steel structures, and building services. Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Software Proficiency

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Lumion/Enscape/D5 preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / (M. Arch)
