Da’Villas is a quick-growing startup transforming premium villa stays and curated travel experiences across India. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue, expand strategic partnerships, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence.
Build strategic partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, event planners, OTAs, hospitality brands, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities, destinations,



and revenue streams.
Lead negotiations and close high-value partnerships and corporate deals.
Mentor and support the sales team to improve performance and conversions.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop growth strategies.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry (Mandatory).
Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.
Experience in luxury travel, hotels, resorts, villas, tourism, destination weddings, or premium hospitality brands.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Robust analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup workplace.
