Working experience from BIG 4 companies is preferred. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Banking Transformation to work closely with banking clients, understand complex business challenges, and design scalable, business-driven solutions.

This is not a traditional requirements-gathering role. We are looking for a strategic consultant who can lead discovery, challenge assumptions, design solutions, and drive execution. Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery sessions and consulting discussions with banking clients
- Understand business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions
- Facilitate workshops with business, technology, and product stakeholders
- Provide functional expertise across Product & Pricing, Rates & Fees, Billing, Offers, Deposits & Payments, and Relationship Pricing
- Develop functional architecture and detailed solution specifications
- Configure products, pricing, rates, fees,



rules, and parameters
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Support SIT, UAT, and Production Readiness
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders Key Requirements

✅ Strong experience in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking

✅ Proven experience in Banking Transformation / Consulting

✅ Strong expertise in Product, Pricing, Rates, Fees and/or Billing

✅ Experience leading client discovery sessions and workshops

✅ Excellent problem-solving and consulting capabilities

✅ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

✅ Ability to translate complex business problems into practical solutions

✅ Robust hands-on functional and solution design experience Advantage

Experience with Temenos, Finastra, Oracle Banking, FIS, or Fiserv will be an added advantage.
