Requirements

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in production/application support or full-stack engineering, preferably in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.

- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with React, Java, and SQL, Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities - Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Project and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
