Job Title: Sr. Developer – Full Stack Developer with Gen AI

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Position: Full-time Department: OGS Engineering

Position Overview OGS is currently seeking a lead developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge automation and AI-driven platforms, intuitive front-end applications, and distributed backend microservices. We are passionate about modular reusable software architecture.

We are looking for people who have a shared passion for developing and building cool, reusable user interfaces and services. In this role you will contribute to the technical architecture of the product as well as research and evaluation of new technical solutions while coordinating between interdisciplinary teams to help shape the perfect solution for us and our agencies. Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance cross-platform applications.

Build modern front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.

Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Optimize automation pipelines for scalability and reliability.

Development and unit testing of web applications including front-end (SPA) and back-end (microservices), maintenance & support of the same.

Assist Project Managers and Technical Leads in the planning of projects (eg provision of estimates, risk analysis, requirements analysis, technical options)

Involvement in full life cycle of projects (including requirement analysis and system design, development and support if required)





To bridge the gap between traditional software engineering and advanced AI capabilities, owning the full lifecycle from prompt engineering to production deployment.

Support and work collaboratively with teams across areas of design, development, quality assurance and operations

Perform code reviews and documentation.

Commit your knowledge and experience to team success.

To be a knowledge keeper for product, its architecture, design, and implementation details.

Provide overall mentorship, coaching and on-demand training to improve and unify development styles.

Ensure responsible AI usage, security, and data privacy.

Qualifications

5 - 7 years in application development with 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or GenAI projects.

Hands on programming experience in ASP.NET MVC or equivalent in Python / NodeJS with the ability to adapt.

Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama).

Designing agentic systems with tools/function calling for autonomous multi-step reasoning.

Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using large language models.

Exposure to microservices / event-driven architecture and REST API

Database experience (Sql Server) and ORM technologies (LINQ, EF or similar).

Performance optimization.

Security design and implementation.

Distributed message-based application design and implementation and TDD practices

CI/CD practices

HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/TypeScript and AJAX experience

SPA (Single Page Application) design and implementation (Vue.js/React,js).

Strong cloud experience AWS or Azure

Positive to Have

Relevant cloud, RPA, or AI certifications.

Experience building enterprise-grade internal platforms.
