Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Developer with proven experience across both frontend and backend development. This role will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance digital applications that span user interfaces, APIs, data services, and integrations with ERP/CRM systems. You will collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver features that power eCommerce experiences and internal operational tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop full-stack solutions with clean, maintainable code that meets business requirements.
- Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using up-to-date JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, and .net MVC).
- Implement DotNet oriented backend services and APIs, optimizing for performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate with third-party systems including payment gateways, ERP/CRM platforms, and internal services.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to technical architecture.
- Ensure quality through unit tests, automated integration tests, and CI/CD best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues across frontend and backend layers in staging and production.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

- Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with real-world full-stack project delivery.
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, or equivalent).
- Solid backend development experience in net C# and one or more languages (Node.js, PHP, Python).
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.




- Proficiency with relational data stores (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL concepts.
- Strong familiarity with version control (Git), automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and frontend performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot-style code assistants, autonomous code-generation and refactoring agents, AI-assisted testing and debugging workflows) to rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship production-quality features, translating requirements into working software with minimal ramp-up time.

Work Environment: The environment is an open office environment. It may be necessary from time to time to travel to other offices, plants and inventory warehouse environments relative to the requirements of the position. Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. All employees are required to wear Security access card and encouraged to wear apparel with company logo. All employees must always adhere to Safety Policies.
