About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and ReactJS to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile environments, developing scalable applications, and leveraging modern AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and Generative AI to enhance productivity and software quality.

This role requires someone who can work independently, solve complex technical challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build responsive front-end applications using ReactJS.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best development practices.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.




- Work within Agile Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Utilize AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and GenAI to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of overall software development experience (5+ years relevant experience is acceptable).
- Minimum 5 years of Java development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Full Stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java
- Spring Framework
- Spring Boot
- ReactJS
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Exposure to Data Modelling and System Integration.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience in code reviews and software quality best practices.
- Strong SQL skills including DDL, DML, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Mandatory AI Skills Candidates must have hands-on experience with:

- GitHub Copilot
- Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent)
- AI-assisted software development workflows
