About the Role This is not a typical developer job. You will build features end-to-end using Claude Code β€” the company provides the subscription. If you don't already build with AI every day, this role is not for you.

You'll work from detailed specs and design mockups prepared by the CTO, and own the execution end-to-end β€” build it, test it, polish it, ship it. What You'll Do - Build full-stack features (React + TypeScript frontend, Node + TypeScript backend, PostgreSQL) from detailed specs and design samples

- Drive Claude Code daily as your primary development tool β€” prompting well, reading every diff, catching the AI when it's wrong
- Test and verify your own work before it reaches review β€” "it runs" is not "it works"
- Polish UIs to a premium standard β€” spacing, hierarchy, motion β€” not just make them functional
- Open clean pull requests with explicit descriptions,
