Role Description As a Full Stack Developer at RewLo, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across our web application and payment platform. You will work with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions, implementing both front-end interfaces and back-end APIs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating third-party services, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability of stablecoin payment flows and rewards functionality.

You will participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and help improve development processes and tooling. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective collaboration across distributed teams and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications





Strong front-end development skills, such as experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar), HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development.

Robust back-end development skills, including proficiency with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar), RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and database design (SQL and/or NoSQL).

Experience with payments, fintech, or blockchain-related technologies, including familiarity with stablecoins, transaction security, and integrating third-party payment or wallet services.

Solid software engineering practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, debugging, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Ability to design and work with scalable, secure architectures on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), including monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team workplace.

Effective communication skills and comfort collaborating with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in startup, sports, or rewards ecosystems is a plus. Location - Remote ( India) Compensation - 7.5 L INR / Year
