Key Responsibilities
- Manage OPD & IPD front office operations
- Lead and mentor the front office team
- Oversee patient registration, admissions, appointments, and billing coordination
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations
- Drive service excellence through productive processes and patient-centric care What We're Looking For:
