Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives, based on experience and skills.

The candidate will be responsible for handling reception, patient/customer enquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-up calls and supporting the clinic's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to patients/customers professionally. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

*Basic computer knowledge. Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Should be punctual, responsible and willing to learn.
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, beauty/wellness or customer-service workplace will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
