Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, persuasive, and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in Bhopal. In this role, you will be the face of DineWaves, interacting directly with local restaurant owners.

This is a 100% flexible, results-only role. You will not be micromanaged, and you are not required to sit at a desk for 8 hours a day. Your schedule is entirely up to you your success is measured strictly by your ability to hit your fixed monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Local Prospecting: Actively visit nearby restaurants, cafes, and food joints on a daily basis.
- Product Demonstration: Walk restaurant owners through the DineWaves platform, clearly demonstrating how the product works and the direct benefits it will bring to their business.
- Convince & Close: Utilize strong sales skills to overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals.




- Target Achievement: Successfully onboard a fixed baseline target of 20 current customers per month.

What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional Sales Skills: You must be highly convincing, confident, and comfortable pitching to business owners face-to-face.
- Self-Starter: Since there are no fixed working hours, you must be highly disciplined and self-motivated to go out and hit your targets.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial and food hubs across Bhopal to efficiently plan your daily visits.
- Tech Fluency: Ability to quickly understand our software and demonstrate it smoothly on a smartphone or tablet.

Compensation & Uncapped Incentives

This role is designed for "hunters" who want to directly profit from their hard work.

- Fixed Baseline Target: 20 successful customer onboardings per month.
- High-Tier Commission: Once your baseline target is met, you earn a massive 50% commission on the fees paid by every additional customer you onboard for the rest of the month. The more you sell, the more you take home.
- Ultimate Freedom: No strict 9-to-5. Complete flexibility over how and when you work, provided the targets are met.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
