About the Requirement

Trainopaedia is looking for an experienced Effective Communication and Accent Neutralization Trainer for an upcoming corporate training engagement in Pune.

The trainer should have strong experience working with corporate professionals and should be able to help participants communicate with greater clarity, confidence and intelligibility, particularly while interacting with colleagues and stakeholders in a global work environment.

This is expected to be a highly practical and participant-driven programme rather than a theory-heavy communication workshop.

Key Areas the Trainer Should Be Comfortable Facilitating The programme may include areas such as:

- Effective verbal communication in the workplace
- Clarity and intelligibility of speech
- Accent neutralization
- Identifying and managing Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)
- Pronunciation and commonly mispronounced sounds/words
- Stress, rhythm and intonation
- Pace, pauses and voice modulation
- Listening and comprehension
- Communicating confidently with global stakeholders
- Structuring thoughts before speaking
- Professional conversational skills
- Practical speaking exercises, activities and role-plays
- Individual feedback and corrective techniques

The final content will be customized based on the participant profile and client requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

We would particularly like to connect with trainers who have:

- Demonstrated experience in Voice & Accent, Accent Neutralization, Business Communication or Effective Communication training
- Experience delivering instructor-led programmes for corporate audiences
- Strong understanding of Indian English pronunciation patterns and Mother Tongue Influence
- Ability to diagnose individual communication challenges and provide specific corrective feedback




- Solid facilitation and participant engagement skills
- An activity-based and practice-oriented approach to learning

Experience working with employees interacting with international customers, colleagues or stakeholders will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

2 years of relevant corporate training/facilitation experience preferred.

Trainers with previous experience in BPO/ITES, technology, engineering, manufacturing or multinational corporate environments are encouraged to apply.

Important

This requirement is not for someone who primarily delivers generic soft-skills or spoken-English programmes.

It's also not for British/American/Australian (or any specific) accent trainers.

We are looking for a facilitator who has specific expertise in communication effectiveness, pronunciation, speech clarity and accent neutralization and can demonstrate practical experience in these areas.
